 | Vov Abraxas is Brian Aysanabee's forefront musical project. The music itself is unique to anything previously heard, though there are styles of influence one can pick out. If one listens closely enough, one can detect hints of indie rock, folk rock, punk, electronica, post-grunge, trip-hop, spoken word, and rap, among others. Where more mainstream artists and chemists have failed to successfully combine two or more genres, Vov Abraxas seems to come through with a beautiful amalgamation in the orchestra. If you can appreciate music in general, then you can appreciate Vov Abraxas. Really, you'd have to be deaf not to like it. And, even then you'd be disqualified on a technicality. |
